St Kizito Junior School Namugongo started on 10th February 1995 as a private mixed infant school and it was named St Kizito infant school with classes; baby class, top class and primary one class respectively.

By 2000, St Kizito junior school had acquired all the basic requirements for its licence and registration by the Ministry of Education and Sports, Licence ME/P/864 Registration No PPS/S/132

We are a Christian founded school named after the youngest martyr Kizito Omuto. We produce well nurtured and God-fearing pupils. We offer a holistic UNEB curriculum alongside practical skills development and computer studies.
